EPDM is a rubber membrane with system-specific seam and flashing products. We look at those connections, the condition of the sheet and the roof’s drainage before defining the work.
EPDM repairs use compatible cleaners, primers, tapes or other specified components. The existing surface condition and material identity matter to adhesion. Products intended for another roof system are not interchangeable.
Flashings at curbs and pipes need to accommodate the shape and movement of the detail. Shrinkage, separated seams or perimeter movement calls for examination of the connection and its cause.

A puncture or limited seam failure needs sound adjoining sheet and the proper preparation for the repair system.
Moisture beneath the sheet, widespread seam problems or movement across a large area can prevent a local repair from being a complete answer.
The work area, material route and places below the roof need to be considered with the project. Rooftop equipment, occupied entrances and loading access affect how work is staged.
Area alone does not price the work. Existing layers, moisture, attachment, deck condition and detail complexity change the labor and material needs. A commercial assessment establishes those conditions.

Tell us about the building, its roof system and the problem you are seeing. A free roof inspection helps establish the condition and explain the suitable work.
