Repairable TPO
A sound membrane around a bounded opening gives compatible repair material a reliable place to join.

Free roof inspections. Clear repair and replacement options.
TPO is a single-ply membrane with heat-welded seams. Its roof performance depends on more than the white field sheet: seams, curbs, drains and the attachment beneath it need to work together.
A TPO repair begins with the condition and identification of the existing membrane. The repair area needs suitable preparation and a compatible weld, with deteriorated material removed from the connection as needed.
At rooftop equipment and walls, flashing pieces carry the membrane across changes in shape. Foot traffic, equipment servicing and drain access should be accounted for so those details are not continually damaged.

Wet insulation, broad deterioration or attachment failure changes the scope. A reflective new surface does not correct the roof layers below it.
The work area, material route and places below the roof need to be considered with the project. Rooftop equipment, occupied entrances and loading access affect how work is staged.
Area alone does not price the work. Existing layers, moisture, attachment, deck condition and detail complexity change the labor and material needs. A commercial assessment establishes those conditions.

Tell us about the building, its roof system and the problem you are seeing. A free roof inspection helps establish the condition and explain the suitable work.
