Repair and upkeep
Local failures need compatible repairs and attention to the cause, including blocked drainage or traffic damage.

Free roof inspections. Clear repair and replacement options.
A flat roof still needs a working route for water. We consider the membrane, seams, drains and underlying layers together so a roof leak is addressed as part of the building’s system.
Low-slope roofs use membranes or layered systems selected for that slope and exposure. A roof field needs durable joins at its seams and the places where equipment, drains and walls interrupt the surface.
Water held at a low spot changes the demands on the surface and details. Clearing an outlet resolves a blockage; it does not establish that the roof has adequate slope or that saturated insulation can stay in place.

A dry, sound assembly has different options from a roof with widespread moisture. Replacement can include slope and insulation changes where the existing arrangement needs correction.
The work area, material route and places below the roof need to be considered with the project. Rooftop equipment, occupied entrances and loading access affect how work is staged.
Area alone does not price the work. Existing layers, moisture, attachment, deck condition and detail complexity change the labor and material needs. A commercial assessment establishes those conditions.

Tell us about the building, its roof system and the problem you are seeing. A free roof inspection helps establish the condition and explain the suitable work.
