A new roof system
Panel length, slope, deck condition and roof intersections shape the installation. The scope includes the transitions as well as the panels.

Free roof inspections. Clear repair and replacement options.
Metal roofing is a system choice, not simply a different color of roof. Panel profile, seams, fasteners, movement and the building’s geometry all influence its installation and upkeep.
Standing-seam panels raise their main joints above the panel surface and conceal the principal attachment under seams or clips. Exposed-fastener systems use visible fasteners and washers through the panel. Those connections need different attention over time.
Metal expands and contracts as temperatures change. The panel system needs the intended attachment and flashing details to accommodate that movement at ridges, edges and penetrations.

Panel length, slope, deck condition and roof intersections shape the installation. The scope includes the transitions as well as the panels.
A loose fastener, failed washer and open seam need different work. Sealant must fit the product and joint; coating over movement or trapped moisture does not repair the underlying problem.
