A sound tie-in

Free roof inspections. Clear repair and replacement options.
Shingles on the ground or a lifted roof edge deserve a close look. We check the exposed area and the surrounding fastening and seals so the repair reaches the failure that let wind move the material.
A lifted shingle can break its seal, crease or tear at its fasteners. Even when it settles back into place, that movement can leave a weakened detail. Missing material exposes the water-shedding layers below.
Edge metal, ridge material and wall connections also affect the repair. The roofer needs to see the connections that remain, not assume every shingle near the visible opening is sound.

If movement and deterioration extend across the roof, pricing a larger scope makes the choice clearer than a series of isolated patches.
